How long does it take to process orders?
Once you place an order, the automated fulfillment process begins within six hours. Typically, your item is packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please note that weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
Do I have to order a holster in addition to a bag?
No, Cakes Concealed Carry bags all come with a basic nylon trigger guard holster. If you want a custom molded holster specially designed for your firearm, please review our purse holsters collection.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, our team will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the package's progress.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you have 6 hours after placing an order to contact us with a cancellation request. After six hours, the automated fulfillment process has begun, and we won’t be able to make any changes to your order.

Does Cakes Concealed Carry accept returns?
We offer returns on certain eligible items. Please start the return process for unused products within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Learn more about return requirements here.

How can I start my return?
